(2) it is forbidden 1. to attend or go to a public assembly in an attire suited and intended to disguise one’s identity and prevent the verification thereof, 2. to carry objects/materials at or on the way to such assemblies which are suited and intended to disguise one’s identity and prevent the verification thereof, such as:

– fake or real beards
– hats, caps, sombreros, scarves, head bands etc.
– sunglasses or otherwise darkened or abnormally thick glasses
– trench coats with upturned collars
– exceptionally long or curled hair, whether fake or not
– abnormally thick make up
– false or braced teeth
– any kind of carnival attire, whether seasonal or not
– slurred, alcoholically or otherwise impaired speech
– long fingernails
– any one of the usual signs of untrustworthiness, as commonly known
