Paragraph 17 a) rules of public assembly (1)
(2) it is forbidden 1. to attend or go to a public assembly in an attire suited and intended to disguise one's identity and prevent the verification thereof, 2. to carry objects/materials at or on the way to such assemblies which are suited and intended to disguise one's identity and prevent the verification thereof, such as:
- fake or real beards
- hats, caps, sombreros, scarves, head bands etc.
- sunglasses or otherwise darkened or abnormally thick glasses
- trench coats with upturned collars
- exceptionally long or curled hair, whether fake or not
- abnormally thick make up
- false or braced teeth
- any kind of carnival attire, whether seasonal or not
- slurred, alcoholically or otherwise impaired speech
- long fingernails
- any one of the usual signs of untrustworthiness, as commonly known
